One can argue that America has zero interests in Libya and that Russia is just walking into yet another region we abandoned.
I should say strolling. We don't even have a plan to deal with Russia flowing like water into empty spaces.
Despite clear and persuasive evidence that Russia nibbles away at areas of former influence we refuse to synthesize and react in any meaningful holistic manner. Trump's cowardly foreign policy where he fears personal retribution. EG: One cruise missile head left in Vlad's bed
