Putin and Bannon think you can not rely on FREE MARKETS to deliver the stabilisation they seek to pursue social, political and strategic ends through private enterprise.
Now it seems that USA billionaires haven’t quite “got” the model.
Silicone Valley has developed technologies considered necessary for national security purposes, whilst maintaining the patents, commercializing the products, and reaping unparalleled financial rewards. But they are not bound to serve only the national security interests of the US
And they don’t.
Those Silicone Valley companies seek to secure their own power...and do deals like Zuckerberg where they agree not to,ban lying political ads .
