Vuonna 2008 vanhan Gen1 #Leaf 24kWh akku olisi maksanut nykyrahassa ja tämänpäivän kursseilla (1$=1€) 24000€. Julkaisuvuonna 2012 akun tuotantokustannus oli 'vain' 10800€. Ennustettu tuotantokustannus tuolle akulle vuonna 2027 on vain 1320€! Laskua -95% tai hinta 1/18! 3/x

#Sähköauto Nissan #Leaf 40kWh matkaa 338km Pohjanmaalle. Pakkasta aamulla Helsingissä -16°C. Matkalla 3 lyhyehköä pikalatausta yht 1h sekä lounaan ajan 3kW AC latausta. Kangasalan kautta ajaessa kokeillaan mahtuuko siskon 2 turvaistuinta ja lastenrattaat tähän tilaihmeeseen.
Auton mittari kertoo -15°C. Kyllä on mukava lähteä lämpimällä autolla ja ikkunat sulana liikkeelle. Akku myös tukevasti pakkasella, mutta varmasti lämpenee ennen ensimmäistä #Chademo pikalatausta, #goldgate nimellä kulkeva kylmän akun hidas lataus ei vaivaa #Leaf’ia.
ABC Tiiriön 50kW 🇪🇸 Efatec #Recharge laturi on erinomaisella paikalla, harmillisesti vain yksinäinen. Oli vapaana mutta 10min latauksen lopulla tuli toinen auto jonottamaan. Latausnopeus odotettu 40kW.
Ich stehe seit über einer Stunde in einer Vollsperrung. Laut Medien müsste ich bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur in meinem Elektroauto längst erfroren sein. Ich habe gerade meine Jacke ausgezogen. Mir ist zu warm. Keine weitere Botschaft… #emobility #bev #Elektroauto #stau #winter

So the recent UK Government announcement of an end to #ICE sales by 2030 and an acceleration of transition to #BEV has ignited the usual round of bluster and sputtering protests from the clueless and the self interested that this “just can’t be so” and “will never work” ...
They cite the usual “I live in a 57 storey flat and I’m 86 miles from the nearest charger“ or “I need to drive 500 miles a day, every day, relentlessly, without stopping once”. But I have a harsh and unforgiving message for them I guess. Those problems, that seem so important..
to you, just *don’t matter*, or at least not right now. That’s because EVs don’t need to work for everyone *right now*. In fact, even fossil fuel cars don’t work for everyone, or otherwise everyone would own one, and they just don’t. All that EVs need to do *right now* is work...

Sekä #BEV että #autonomousCar aiheuttavat distruption nykysille OEM, koska näin on käynyt aina kun kustannukset laskevat 1/10. Tästä syystä valmistajat joutuvat keskittymään oleelliseen, vain nämä toimijat säilyvät hengissä. Siksi esim. @VWGroup ei voi panostaa #kaasuauto 2/14
Tästä huolimatta Suomessa #sähköautoista puhuttaessa aina kirpoaa kommetteja ml. arvostetut poliitikot että miksi ei puhuta #biokaasu tai #biodiesel, jotka sopivat polttomoottoreihin pienellä kustannuslisällä. Lisäksi joku aina mainitsee #koboltti. Siksi lyhyt kertaus näistä 3/14
