Astonishing! @bbcquestiontime ends with a rant from a woman insinuating that Jews who would like a meaningful apology from Corbyn are being unreasonable. After all he's already apologised, why should he repeat himself? What more do they want? Why can't they just forgive?

In fact we are told there is no #LabourAntisemitism Labour anti-Semitism at all, its just a story cooked up by the media owners who want to protect their riches and power. And she's sick of it. For this she is roundly applauded. 3/6
JC is innocent of any sin and yet is needlessly villified by those who want to be "nasty and evil". He is a decent man but they just don't see it. Again there is rapturous applause 4/6
This is the Jewish experience in the UK in 2019. When concerns are raised about anti-Semitism, Jews are not viewed as good faith actors expressing their alarm at the documented fact of rising racism. Rather we are viewed with suspicion; we are selfish liars acting in concert. 5/6
There is a flavour of old-fashioned religious anti-Semitism in all this. Jews are greedy, conspiratorial, unforgiving, willfully evil and blind to the truth. All of this is roundly applauded and goes unchallenged on BBC1!
