As the 'experts' have been saying since the deal was signed, despite repeated ministerial denials.

You really can't fudge international treaties as you can parliamentary answers.

And the Withdrawal Agreement as a whole has still never been properly scrutinised.
For me the best example of the lack of scrutiny of the Withdrawal Agreement is the way the UK has already signed up to EU state-aid commitments. As pointed out by @GeorgePeretzQC and largely ignored by everyone else
@GeorgePeretzQC International treaties like trade agreements have far-reaching consequences. That is why it is common practice to produce independent impact assessments. Unfortunately the UK government has chosen secrecy and bluster instead - persistently.
