3. You can say a lot of things about John, befogged would not be on my list. And I'm pretty sure the reason he did not prosecute Barr and Bush had nothing to do with insufficient evidence or grasp of the conspiracy. The case didn't get a ton of press, but was a big deal
4. for Barr and apparently for Cipollone too.
