Remember.... [BIG PICTURE] These two guys determine who will and will not be permitted to run the intelligence organizations of the United States.

Not the President, not you, not anyone else except them.

These two determine who is CIA Director and the Director of Nat Intel.

When we accept and understand this basic procedural truth, it is only from that moment forward when things really start to click into place and reconcile what we have been witnessing for the last several years...

The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence has to affirm and pass the CIA and ODNI nominee from the committee.

If the SSCI views the nominee as a risk, meaning potential exposure for their own (illegal) manipulative intel schemes, then the nominee is blocked.

This process means the SSCI holds more power than the underlying agencies (and directors) under their oversight.

This process, a procedural power dynamic, in combination with the overall pre-existing power in the senate writ large, has corrupted the SSCI.

[Rethink Your Preconceptions of Intel] Re-evaluate the political -vs- executive branch dynamic based on the truth explained above, and then reconsider a past example through the new prism of truth:

Now.... When President Trump unexpectedly won the 2016 election, does it make more sense now why Dianne Feinstein bailed out? She was the former Vice-chair of the SSCI during the 2016 election.

Feinstein was fearful of what was to come.
