Not sure we could have anticipated or called this out more clearly in our letter to the California AG last month. Facebook and Google will continue to abuse until antitrust closes in on them. It’s as simple as that. digitalcontentnext.org/wp-content/upl… 
And Facebook heavily influences how the entire industry will act. Its main trade groups cannot push them back on this so everyone just says “let’s see how this plays out.”
