If you have some leftover training budget or are planning for next year, my online classes through @NetworkDefense are a great bang for your buck and priced for individuals or entire teams. I want to highlight a few of them...
Investigation Theory is my flagship course and many orgs use it as a baseline training for anyone in an investigative role, whether new or experienced (SOC, IR, intel, etc). It's loaded with original research and I built a a custom lab environment to develop your skills.
Practical Threat Hunting brings tangible structure to the threat hunting process, teaching you how to fish rather than just giving you a few random techniques. It includes a VM for labs and raw data if you want to import into your own systems for practice.
Effective Infosec Writing teaches you how to tell a story with your writing, so that writing becomes a tool to help you get stuff done. It includes several templates for things like incident and pen test reports, and effective case notes.
ELK for Security Analysis simplifies the elastic pipeline and shows you how to get data into an index, enrich it, and create an analysis environment. The class is built for security use cases and uses security specific data sources like Windows, Zeek, and Flow logs.
Practical Packet Analysis is an in-depth class that takes you through networking at the packet level. I teach most of the common protocols, how they can be abused, and provide both troubleshooting and security scenarios. Lot's of PCAPs to download and play with for labs.
All my courses, as well as more courses I host for other authors, are available at networkdefense.co/courses/.

If you've taken and enjoyed a course, I'd appreciate your retweets!
