In 2013 I called the new majority in NC an unconstitutionally constituted legislature. Recently the courts agreed.
In spite of this, the same
politicians who used voter suppression & gerrymandering to get into office tried to use a lame duck session to pass discriminatory photo ID to keep Black, Latinx, and poor people from voting.
We celebrate the court’s decision to block the voter ID requirement for 2020 primary in NC.

Sad to remember that the days between Christmas and New Years have been some of the most violent in black history. Today, we share our grief, pain & hurt—both historically and in this present moment—with our Jewish family.
As the final night of Hanukkah begins, and the lights are kindled in homes and synagogues across the world, we light candles of love, solidarity and justice.
We recommit ourselves to live love and lift the cause of truth, justice and love until freedom and liberation from racism, anti-Semitism, xenophobia, Islamophobia and hate itself truly comes.

As the final night of Hanukkah begins, and the lights are kindled in homes and synagogues across the world, we too kindle lights this night. Lights of love to our Jewish siblings whose community is shaken by violence once more.
Lights of solidarity that cast out the illusion that we are not each children of the same God. Lights of justice to weave once more our communities and to repair the breach.
Lights that illumine the true threats and aberration to the divine: racism, poverty, militarism, ecological devastation, and the distorted moral narratives that would cast us as enemies.

There is a concerted effort to promote fake news to undermine confidence in Canada’s federal election.

Third attempt I’ve seen in the past 2 weeks.

The other two involved a claim that Russians assisted Trudeau to win in 2015, and CPC may challenge a Liberal win in court.
Canadian Conservatives are attempting to undermine voter confidence in Elections Canada & prep the electorate for a change in election security laws. More gerrymandering, voter suppression & voter disenfranchisement.
💥💥💥Please note:

This is EXACT same strategy used by Trump in 2016.

Trump stated he didn’t have confidence in vote count & election outcome prior to election.

Then he, and many of his minions made unbelievable accusations of massive voter fraud after the election.

2. Every time Q posts re: social platforms, there's some kind of widespread outage for platform mentioned (e.g., post re: DS comms on Playstation/Xbox was followed by Xbox outage). Q has been hammering FB - LifeLog connection (FB is C_A platform). Today > FB, IG, WhatsApp outage.

He has used this image & language *many times* online and on social media. But this is the first time I’ve seen it since the gag order.

2/3 @UpGuard is the company who found the breach. “The worse-case scenario is that they could be completely infiltrated right now,” said Upguard's director of strategy Jon Hendren.

Today's ruling marks the *second* time that North Carolina state courts have deemed the GOP legislature's effort to usurp control over the state Board of Elections to be unconstitutional. The GOP's initial law got thrown out earlier in 2017 #NCpol
