Good for the country and the accountability. Businessmen are NOT politicians. They don’t hold public office. So they are excluded from NAB investigations. FIA. POLICE. FBR. SECP Etc can investigate them.

Should a person be held in custody for such a long time if The NAB has no evidence. 14 days is enough. This goes in favour of the public

Nothing to worry about. Procedural mistakes are usually in documentation. Without any corruption done. Why should an honest person be punished for missing a line in his typing of the document.

File charges in 90 days against an accused it means that The NAB probably doesn’t have a case against that person. So if The NAB cannot file charges and complete its investigation in 90 days then The NAB should stop harassing the suspect.

Matters be investigated by The NAB ? What is FBR for then ? So the tax matters have been taken away from The NAB. Only FBR will investigate the tax matters. Great move.

As 5 crore rupees. Why is the police or the FIA not investigating these matters ? They should. Only big crimes should be handled by The NAB. And the government has increased the limit to 50 Crore. This means that The NAB now will only investigate mega corruption cases.
This happens everywhere in the world. Mega corruption by one agency and other crimes of smaller sizes by all other investigation agencies.
