They could have come to our offices & 'eavesdropped' to gather their own evidence. They chose not to. In August 2018 I came across a similar 'guaranteed' bond being pushed ..........

@MarkTaber_FII @TheFCA @Benjaminwmartin @ArmitageJim It was almost a month later before I got a reply from Mark Steward. Typical @TheFCA BS, avoiding answering the question or confirming what they were doing. He apologises for not bing able to provide further information at this stage.

In Aug 2019,I was forced to write to the FCA again
