1. Am I am the only person in the country who has read Art I Sec III? The Senate is the jury but CJ Roberts "presides" and that term should be given common definition at the time of the passage as evolved to the current era.
2. And in no definition does 'preside' means judge polls jurors before ruling on admissibility. The 1986 Senate Impeachment Rule and the rule used during Johnson's trial are clearly facially unconstitutional. Roberts is a Conservative. @SenateGOP has nothing to complain about.
