If you lack purpose, direction, or enjoyment in life... do these 10 things

1) Meditate

Stress, anxiety, and depression are killers. Daily meditation will help you control your negative emotions.

2) Get in the gym

A strong, healthy body is rare nowadays. Set yourself apart.
3) Start a business

This is not "risky," the real risk is working a 9-5 for the rest of your life. Limited income, no sovereignty.

4) Eat better foods

Processed foods are the main killer. Stop worrying about the latest fad diet, focus on eliminating the real problem.
5) Go big, then small

You have ambitions, everyone does. Looking at the big picture is overwhelming, dumb it down into daily actionable steps that will actually get you somewhere.

6) Ditch bad friends

Surround yourself with those on the path of self-improvement, seriously.
7) Disappear for a year

Pick a skill, lock yourself in your room, and don't come out until your income is replaced.

8) Get outside

Go on a walk, make it a habit. Humans need sunlight and fresh air, chances are you probably aren't getting much.
9) It's not personal

Have a friend that told you to go fuck yourself? It's not personal, they have their own demons, focus on eliminating yours.

10) Take risks

Life without risks isn't a life worth living. Don't settle for boring and mediocre, aim for exceptional and abnormal
