PS/ Just so folks understand, the phrase "with prejudice" is used in the legal system to describe a situation in which a case is dismissed and can't be brought back again under any circumstances. It can't apply to an impeachment trial, and doesn't here. The words are meaningless.
PS2/ Also, not that the concept of "double jeopardy" is in play here either, but jeopardy can't "attach" to a case when there has been no trial and no evidence and no witnesses and no verdict. Today's motion from 12 radical, lawless Trump allies is pure (*bad*) political theater.
