1 = 1 is the true beginning. Add them, and we get 2. That's how we build a number line. 2 + 1 = 3 and so forth...
Now it starts to get interesting! We discover INEQUALITY, like so:
2 > 1, or 2 is greater than 1.
Equality. As opposed to inequality.
In our law, today:
Andy McCabe > Mike Flynn.
Mike Flynn didn't lie, and is bankrupted by the false prosecution.
Andy McCabe did lie, and is rich and free, completely protected.
Unequal application of law?
How do we look ourselves in the mirror and tolerate this?
How will that occur?
How can you question that our law sees McCabe as greater than Flynn? If we are able to embrace the injustice of this, and follow its path through our practice of law, perhaps we may correct ourselves.
I don't know the method of transformation. I know that I won't shut up about it, and I hope you won't either.
I admit, I wish this was only math, and not law. But facts trump wishes, by far. We face the question of law.
