Theory: Joe Biden has been grown in a vat to depress millions of the voters Democrats absolutely need in a general election, and to be the firm second choice of millions of voters who will like him a lot but who are definitely going to vote for Trump anyway.
Not b/c of this issue specifically btw. I'm going in on him b/c he's like this on every issue, so I think he's uniquely likely to lose, and I wish I could convince people who support him of that, b/c "I just want to beat Trump" seems to be the sole reason they support him.
Like, for those of you who want Biden because you want the sure shot to beat Trump: he is the most dangerous, least capable, candidate for that.
