In July 2018 Soleimani said @realDonaldTrump’s “rhetoric is that of a casino..He talks to the world in the style of a casino manager.” Last night @Acosta carried the torch of his dead terrorist hero on @CNN. Disgusting.
Here’s the video that obviously deeply inspired @Acosta where Soleimani goes on to threaten both @POTUS and everyone in America. Should be noted this wasn’t widely reported maybe Jimmy was in the audience.
The sick part is @Acosta said it on the sly people were wondering why he made such an odd reference but it wasn’t odd at all it was a literal hat tip to Iran.

Anywho the DOJ included the Iranian ties in their fact sheet, what’s key about it is the evidence that “proves” it wasn’t Iran was later found to be fake testimony that Mueller paid millions for. The whole case is whacked.

1. I imagine the National Security Council (NSC) structure and purpose is not well known to many, nor is the role of a "Director for Ukraine"
2. I was a Director at the NSC for 2 years before moving on to advise the National Security Advisor.

Court 4 Public Gallery waiting for Miller Mark II to begin... 10 people in the public gallery (bring a cushion, these benches are Victorian). Lots of media interest. Eadie QC for the govt. Pannick QC leading @TomRHickman QC for Miller. One day hearing. Starts at 10am.
Lord Chief Justice Burnett, Sir Terence Etherton MR, Dame Victoria Sharp PQBD.
Far fewer lawyers this time compared to last time. Atmosphere calm and purposeful. Public gallery filling up. Now 30 people. Plenty of space still.
