I recently did an interview w/ Dean Reiner of the "Up is Down" podcast out of #PDX, and we mostly ended up talking about the little known political philosophy (and secret legal system) called #COMMUNITARIANISM.

Much to my surprise, Dean did a whole 2hr synopsis and overview before he's even published our talk!
It's amazing. It covers how Niki Friedrich Raapana & Nordica Friedrich 1st discovered and started exploring this strange movement... And he drags in clips and other examples from at least a dozen other places.
I will definitely follow this up with our interview when it's ready... And hopefully we'll continue for at least one more interview so we can flesh out the details and really give people a resource on the system we're all being hoodwinked and herded into.
For many, learning about this 'communitarian movement' has been the AH HA moment that leads to a kind of 'waking up' to why our system(s) are so screwy! Enjoy!

Okay, so for the grand finale:

I used to study NLP and use Richard Bandler's book "Get The Life You Want". (I think Bandler's kind of a self-centered ass... but his stuff works.)

After I got away from my ex... I was still HAUNTED by this woman. She was an evil witch in my mind
And all that horrible stuff she said was still with me... it would trigger me depending on where I was, or things I saw like photos, or old clothes/items... You know?

So Bandler's NLP has these techniques to erase and release bad memories--but do it fast--not like therapy.
One of them goes like this:

Take the thing that's haunting you...
✅Give it a size in your mind. Is it huge? Average? Small? Is it color? Is it a still picture or a movie? determine variables on as many as you can.
✅Next: Can U make it bigger or Smaller?

Well I asked Google and the Wiki definition is surprisingly accurate.
...I was glad to see it described exactly how I imagined it in my heart, like: "Being chill with shit even if it's chaotic or crazy or stressful or even DANGEROUS where you're at..."

My friend Tracy Twyman has passed away. It's the 3rd day of crying, or trying not to cry, and being angry and confused.... And I still don't know what to say.

The details surrounding her death are a convoluted mystery. Her family has requested the specifics be kept silent.
I have to go to work. Work actually helps. It seems 'normal'. Nothing else seems normal. We're all lost together out here--us--the Tracy Twyman fans. The fanatics. We were her evangelists. We still are. It's up to us now to represent what she taught us. It's up to us.
I started reaching out hard--along with JEM--around the time of tracy's 1st big "cyber attack". She'd decoded and followed research that got her a severe reaction. It was #pedogate type stuff. Real bad & dark.

She couldn't tell what was real or fake on the internet anymore.

I have had PDs mentor grad students. It's important to check with both to make sure the mentoring is going well. Also let the student know the PD won't write the letter of Rec if the student doesn't want that.
Also, to any PD who abuses students this way: you suck. Stop. Never joke to an international student about deportation. It's not funny, ever. If you are someone who sees this behavior, don't encourage it, and if possible, report it.
Student 15: I felt that my MS advisor was verbally abusive. I frequently felt like a failure and it made it so that I was scared to go to him if something went wrong. Which of course made him more mad. 1/3
