PS/ How do I *know* they're aware? Well for starters, Rep. Lofgren has *corrected them on national TV at least once*—but *still* they repeat the lie. They also should be expected to be aware of a major breaking news story from THE NEW YORK TIMES on a topic relevant to their case.

PS3/ *Anyone* who has read the news in the United States knows Yermak waited until the moment Trump's scheme was *public* to ask about it, as the Politico article gave him an *excuse* to raise something Zelensky had known about (and felt pressure from) for over a month by 8/28.
