Given how much backlash this terrible joke has produced, I may have to put on my dark brown trench coat and go into hiding. So if you don't see me for a while, it's because I'm incommuno-avocado.
I guess I should have predicted that something as volatile as an interdisciplinary History/Chemistry joke would get a strong reaction.
As you've probably noticed already, reading my Twitter feed is like playing guac-a-mole with the bad jokes. As soon as you smack one down, another pops up to replace it.
The main thing we have to worry about is that some free radicals will steal the electron.
