All the discussions/ruminations of the Framers about curbing excesses of the executive were on abuses of public trust. Not crimes as defined in a criminal code. Conspiring with or shaking down a foreign leader to cheat on an election? The very definition of abuse of public trust!

Here is the bottom line on Lamar Alexander’s decision: Trump openly encouraged Russia to interfere as much as it wanted in the 2016 election. He has openly encouraged Ukraine, China and Russia to do the same in 2020. #MoscowMitch has blocked every effort... 1
..to provide adequate resources to combat foreign interference in 2020. William bar, the most corrupt attorney general in American history, has already made clear that he will thwart wherever he can efforts to make this a fair election, including via voter suppression. 2
Is there any doubt that Trump and his minions, including Steven Miller, will use ICE to intimidate minority voters from showing up at the polls in November? So the flimsy rationale here—let the voters decide— is completely flawed. 3

1. He didn't do anything, it is a witch hunt.
2. The House jammed it through, with secret hearings and improper procedures.
3. Schiff and his friends used selective documents and tape excerpts, and relied on their illegitimate hearings freezing out the president and Republicans.
4. They should have waited until the courts dealt with their subpoenas, which were improper anyway!
5. They still have only hearsay no one who interacted directly w the president.
6. Shifty Schiff hurt our feelings!
7. In two hours, the president's lawyers demolished their case!

White nationalism has proven to be the “quite killer, but no one talks about the dangerous rhetoric white nationalists push through politicians and media pundits.

•Didn’t call out the terrorist who praised him
