I've been riffing a lot on how I think our society lacks an effective feedback loop between generations (outside of families). Product or content that allows a person to get thoughts on key life stages from those [10] yrs more senior.
Less emotionally charged than advice from parents or perhaps older siblings- and with 10x->1,000x the # of data pts to learn from. Lots of the most important topics discussed in a vulnerable and authentic way. Not advice giving, more just learning from other experiences.
Think of rookies on a sports team that learn from the vets. Think of how valuable those relationships often appear to be. In life/work there aren't really equivalents. I would find great value in being on both ends of that relationship.
