A recap of what happened in 2018 regarding Roger Stone and Randy Credico.

Stone sent Credico the "prepare to die, cocksucker" text message. Credico immediately went to media w/ it and went on TV and hyped up this idea that it was witness intimidation. Media also hyped it.
And voila, the special counsel adds witness tampering to its list of charges against Stone. It is that text which will get Stone the bulk of his jail time, even though Credico testified at trial that he wasn't actually concerned that Stone would harm him.
So we have a bunch of media nerds and a bunch of legal nerds clutching pearls over a text exchange between two guys who talk a lot of trash to each other. And that's going to translate into additional prison time for Stone.

State Department emails show that Sally Painter spoke w/ State Dept #2 Tony Blinken about Ukraine in June 2016. Blinken was at an event for Truman Project, a liberal nat security think tank.

Painter and HUNTER BIDEN were board members.

Biden introduced Burisma to Painter.
So, Sally Painter was using a think tank event to pitch a State Department official on a meeting to potentially discuss Burisma.

Tomeka Hart said that Stone's affiliation with Trump would "absolutely not" affect how she weighed evidence.

She tweeted just months before the trial that all of Trump's supporters are racist. Stone is of course a longtime Trump supporter who coaxed him into running for office.
Hart also downplayed how much attention she paid to Trump-related investigations, saying "I don't pay that close attention" to developments. Her Twitter feed suggests otherwise.

Here's the revised Roger Stone sentencing filing. No specific recommendation, but prosecutors say the 87-108 months "could be excessive and unwarranted." courtlistener.com/docket/1451585…
Assistant US Atty John Crabb says that a prison sentence is still warranted, but that 87-108 months "does not accurately reflect" DOJ's position.
Something "far less" than 87-108 months would be "reasonable," Crabb says.

She was clearly a “backchannel” yet was never called as a witness.

2) Credico writes to the Judge saying Stone should NOT serve any time in gaol.

Credico is on video tape drunkenly yelling that he is the “in-between guy” for Assange and Stone.

This video is not submitted as exculpatory evidence.
3) The Judge says the DNC was “hacked” by Russia yet Bill Binney’s mathematical evidence conclusively disproving this is not presented.

The Judge insinuates Stone is linked with Russia via this “hack” when he is not.

It was an inside leak via Seth Rich’s thumbdrive.

Roger Stone's much-watched sentencing hearing is underway, with a Judge Jackson starting with minor objections by the defense to language in a pre-sentence report.
Jackson confirms she will take up Stone's motion for a new trial after sentencing.
Jackson notes the initial sentencing memorandum in the case, (with 7-9) year recommendation, "has not been withdrawn."

Roger Stone and Manafort know Trump for almost 4 decades. Roger Stone as well as Caputo worked in Ukraine for an official who was allegedly involved w Russian mafia as well as accused of being involved with the heinous murder of a Ukrainian journalist. He knew what he was doing
There is absolutely no coincidence with the people who were involved in Trump’s campaign and their familiarity with Russia. Roger Stone wanted Trump to run for President in the late 1980s after Trump returned from Moscow. Trump relied on his trusted Stone, Manafort, Giuliani, etc
If Americans want to know the true nature of this Russia attack all they have to do is look at all the dealings of Trump and his inner circle. They all picked the most corrupt politicians and individuals to do business with and represent. This has been going on for decades
