In November, the Speaker will face a serious challenge from a campaign that’s already raised over $540,000 from more than 13,000 donors.

With Bernie taking an impressive victory in San Francisco and across the State, the writing is on the wall.

AND we have eight months to go head to head! Nancy Pelosi has never had to face a formidable progressive challenger.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for the support of my neighbors and friends online. I’ve been frankly amazed by the outpouring of support for our campaign from all parts of the city, and also from how far beyond it the support has come.

1000s of donors from every state in the Union joined 100s of volunteers from every part of our city & thousands more across the country to put me—an immigrant with neither property nor a family legacy—in a position to replace the most powerful corporate politician on the planet.

The chance to represent the city I love in our nation’s capital humbles me. Whether to enable Sanders' legislative agenda, or to show Trump what real resistance looks like, I look forward to offering my neighbors a voice in Congress finally aligned with our city’s values.

Today was the first chapter. It was a great run out. We've learnt loads and can't wait to get back to work, organizing with our community and neighbors tomorrow morning.
