If Biden wins the nomination and then beats Trump, I expect it will look something like this: A sort of caretaker government that will provide some calm and stability (or at least the illusion of it) before whatever comes next comes
A Biden scenario might give us a bit of relief for 4 years, but I'd be rather worried about 2024-2032 unless someone like @AOC can fill the void. If we accept the theory of the case that we're "decaying," then calm & stability won't be enough. This is why starting premises matter
If Biden gets the nomination, I still believe Trump will probably beat him, and I just don't know if I have the energy to live under 4 more years of Trump. Perhaps now that Biden is the frontrunner, some Dems will start to get buyer's remorse
