Interestingly, there is no such case currently on the docket in N.D. Ga., where the article says the suit was filed.
If the Fox News account of the complaint is correct, it's continuing an interesting pattern: The president's campaign is suing media outlets over opinion pieces critical of him, not news reporting. That alone makes it less likely the campaign will prevail.
Now it's on the docket. Looks like N.D. Ga. assigns new civil filings to a generic Plaintiff v. Defendant case.

Just goes to show that you should never attribute to malice that which can be attributed to the strange workings of federal CM/ECF.
