Like the mediocre parent I am, I thought it may be prudent to prepare for the inevitable #COVID19 outbreak.

Tonight, I read the CDC website and came across these problems:

1) My daughter and I live in 672 sq ft.
2) Alternative childcare? I can't even afford regular childcare.

That's the reason why Charlie has slept through more than her fair share of congressional hearings.
3) Extra medication?
I can't even get my initial prescription through the red tape of my insurance coverage.
4) Is this my excuse to yell at people who sit too close to me on the T? 🤷‍♀️
5) No one. I'm a single mom with no family nearby. No one is coming if I get sick.
My take away: If you can afford to hoard masks + sanitizer, you'll probably be OK. If you can afford to be a selfish tool, you have the means to follow the @CDCgov's suggestions.

The CDC forgot to make being poor a high risk category.

Take care and look out for each other.❤️
