To celebrate #InternationalWomensDay , I'd like to acknowledge a few of the fearless #WomenInTechnology that I am lucky to be surrounded by. I am so grateful to have these women in my life to motivate, support and inspire me.

💡I'll start with @beeonaposy because I got this idea from a similar post she did a few years ago.

Caitlin is a lead #DataScientist, co-founder of @RLadiesAustin, advocate for women in tech, mom and all-around inspiration. Check out her blog: caitlinhudon.com/about/

🩺 @ValueVictoria is a leader in the healthcare data field. She co-founded @RLadiesAustin, which has served as a great motivation and support system for women in #ATXData to connect and learn.

👩‍🎓🔨🧶@Data_Sue_ATX for inspiring us to commit to education! Sue (a member of @RLadiesAustin) finished her bachelor's at 46 and masters at 51. She's an eternal learner inside and outside of school. She's a Jill of all trades with crafting and home reno skills too!

💪@chilkner is a powerhouse VP within #IBM. She has been a mentor & sponsor of mine for 4 yrs. She inspires me to take risks and believe in myself. She chose her last job bc it was the area she was the least familiar with and therefore had the most opportunity to grow. 🤯

⚖️@ibethrudden is a distinguished engineer and #datascientist within #IBM. She's been a mentor & coach of mine for 4 yrs. She pushes me to systematically research new challenges. She helps to ground me b/c similarly she's bursting with ideas and trying to find balance in it all

✊🏿✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻@MooreAustin is an incredibly talented #designer that I worked with on #ibmcloud. In the first presentation I saw of hers she said: "If you don't have a seat at the table, pull up a chair". She's an inspirational advocate for women and persons of color.

🧠@lalalasukis is Design Principal for #AI & #MachineLearning @IBM. She teaches at UT, she has a podcast and a million creative ideas on the go. Her drive and creativity are inspiring to those around her. Check out her podcast - shorturl.at/atvP1

💫@RandiRLudwig is a Sr. Mgr in #datascience @DellTech. I met her through Women in DS ATX, which is a great meetup group that she co-organizes! We share stories of successes and woes on enterprise-scale data science. She's a mom, ex astronomer, speaker, producer and more!

👼@gdequeiroz started @RLadiesGlobal. The community now has 192 groups in 52 countries and 65K members! Gabriela stands up for what is right, she's an advocate for inclusivity. Recently she's focusing on diversity in the #AI community -ai-inclusive.org

📊@lena_woolf is a long time fellow #data enthusiast & colleague @IBM. Over the years she has inspired me in big and small ways. She is a mother, advocate for fairness & creative mind. She strives for balance and openly shares her struggles/tips along the way.

👏@corinnovation, who is a talented and innovative member of our @IBMcloud #datascience team. She's energetic, curious, passionate and incredibly smart. Check out her growing blog: corinnovation.com

👩‍💻@KateLamendola is a #data engineer on our @IBMcloud data team. She digs into the data with meticulous detail and is always looking for ways to make our data pipeline more robust!

🕵️‍♀️@_alpha_tango is another talented #datascientist
on @IBMcloud. She's passionate about digging into data to find the truth of the issue. She's excellent about sharing her learnings to help the rest of the team skill up!
