@emabrams @mingcatherine @heathercorinn and @deehirsh flooded the zone with surrogates employing our ‘Shakira’ strategy while building strong strategic relationships. @DJKoessler turned up the volume online while @stanceboozer kept talkers on TV. (9/)
@_mattbaca threw out the old playbook and developed an advance program that was leaner & smarter than anything I’ve seen. Juliana masterfully juggled fifty advancers + never-ending flow of contracts. Our team was non-traditional, inclusive & pushed female leadership (11/)
It’s unusual to be recruited by your direct reports - I was, and saying yes was the best decision I’ve ever made. Hire these people. They will make your team stronger, your organization smarter, and your life better- they did for me. (END)
