Classes in all levels within Luzon are still suspended until April 13, 2020. Schools outside Luzon shall be expected to follow the mandate of their LGUs.
Mass gatherings and meetings shall be strictly prohibited.
Strict home quarantine shall be implemented and observed in all households.
One representative per household is allowed to buy essentials. Designated authorities will be tasked to check itineraries of person/s.
Movement of Filipinos will be limited to buying basic necessities (food, water, medicine) and money transactions (pawning, remittances, withdraw/deposit of money).
Mass public transportation shall be SUSPENDED.
A 4-day work week shall be arranged and complied by all management.
Parts of the workforce shall have a WFH (work-from-home) arrangement with their management.
Frontline workforce w/c includes emergency response teams, PNP, PCG, health workers, medical professionals are NOT INCLUDED from WFH arrangements.
PRRD asked business to tone down or stop operations and pay their employees their 13th-month pay.
Landlors and house associations are asked to put a moratorium period on collecting rent for those who won't be able to pay due to work suspension.
Private establishments that provide basic necessities, food, medicine & hygiene products manufacturing/production, money-related businesses, telecommunications shall remain OPEN. All establishment shall abide by the social distancing measures discussed.
Carinderias & sari-sari stores shall follow strict operational hours. Owners are advised to do deliveries to observe the “no dine-in policy” mandated earlier.
BPO industries shall remain operational provided that by Mach 18, their management will arrange temporary accommodations for their employees.
Land, air, sea travel are still RESTRICTED after the 72-hour period mentioned earlier. Inbound and outbound international flights shall be allowed within the 72-hour period.
Cargo and deliveries shall remain operational as long as personnel passes the checkpoint requirements.
80% - 90% of the highly vulnerable population (60 y/o & above) are highly susceptible to CoViD-19, especially those with previous medical conditions.
Hotels within MM will be asked to close. For those who checked-in & are living within Luzon, they’ll be asked to go back to their provinces. If checked-in and lives outside Luzon, rep from gov’t will arrange with hotel for possible accommodation.
