2/ And HKers began to prepare for the outbreak in early Jan, when China was still claiming limited H2H transmission & only reporting ~40 cases, due to how CCP covered up SARS back in 2003. Explains why HKers also give CCP ZERO credit, as CCP again covered up in the early stage.
3/ HKers have also utilised SNS & websites to spread tips to combat the virus, eg. a map showing where infected patients have been. The website shown was developed in late Jan, forcing the govt to follow suit and develop its own map in early Feb.
