Of course, they ignore the fact that China has its problem under control in 2 1/2 months & everything from Starbucks to Apple stores, to Disney Shanghai are reopening after being closed a short time. 2)

Yes, the virus & the panic that the media has encouraged by its end of the world negativity, will damage the economies of the world. 3)

In fact, the economy that will probably suffer the most damage with be China's as the behavior of its leaders have informed the rest of us, that they are not to be trusted all that much. 4)

But economies that were strong before the virus, will rebound on pent-up demand, quite well, and those that had problems already will still have to deal with them. I expect the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Israel, and Brazil, and many more, to come out of this well. 5)
