2... serious lack of testing. # increased dramatically over past week from 4 to 59 as testing grew. Theres no reason why our CpM would be significantly less than other industrialized nations - except for low testing.

That means that, even as terrible as our daily numbers are, they likely are multi-fold higher, but hidden by bad testing
