When #MH17 trial proceeds on 8 June, the defense can still request for investigatory measures. Court agrees that defense needs more time to prepare. The Court does not impose a deadline for the defense to respond to issues before 8 June, agreeing with the defense's submission.
Court decides that Prosecution has not sufficiently motivated the necessity of an inspection at the site of the reconstruction of the plane and how they suggest this would look like. Decides Prosecution needs to motivate this further.
Court decides that case of Pulatov is delegated to examining magistrate (investigatory judge) for questions of translating documents and access to evidence that is not in process file. Reason: trial judges cannot have knowledge of evidence that prosecution has and defense not.

Regarding US satellite data, the Court asks whether this is correct and whether indeed the US is willing to share this (declassifying). Court also asks Prosecution what other parties they have reached out to. These are questions from the Court on the completeness of the dossier.
Court also asks questions to the victims' representatives: such as on how the civil claims of foreigners would work in relation to how different legal systems will interact.
