Fascists come to power through legal means (they are elected or appointed) and then they immediately begin battering the democratic institutions.
2/ Fascism is a cult of leadership. The followers believe the leader's instincts are superior to rational logic.

Sociologist Max Weber has the best explanation. He lists 3 sources of authority:

Remember: A big win in Nov. doesn't require converting ALL MAGAs.

Dems won the midterms by 8 points & Dems won everywhere.

For a landslide we improve a bit on that

There are reasons that 40% has gained so much power. Fixing what's wrong will take time. November will be the start.

Trump says that he doesn't actually have to follow the law set by Congress.

He can do as he pleases with the money.

Are you okay with this?

This is consistent with the position he took at his impeachment: He is above the law.

You agreed.

Right?
His argument is that Congress has no oversight in how he carries out the law.

The only thing Congress can do is pass a different law.

His view: Congress passes laws. He does as he pleases.
The solution remains what it's always been: Vote them all out.

The firm has come under scanner in our research in many aspects of National Security as well.

As per the report MO of foreign PE firms like KKR is to borrow money from Indian Banks at 8-9% and then lend it to Indian businesses at a whopping 20-25% - the high rates of interest makes it difficult for native business to survive or remain profitable to repay the lenders.
KKR is the second largest foreign PE investor in #CCD with 6.07% (1.28 crore shares) after selling approx 4.25% in Feb 2018, making at the time 10.3%. Foreign investors together hold 22.35% stake in #CafeCoffeeDay valued at Rs 724 crore.
