Finally starting season 4 of Better Call Saul. Opening has big Fallout energy.
Ooh, "Cottonwood Mall". Is this the first time the mall where Gene works is named?
Apparently they named the fictitious Omaha mall after the actual Albuquerque mall they got
film in so they don't have to change signs.
I'm very invested in the worldbuilding for this version of Omaha, which in real life was already badly oversaturated with malls.

Is Cottonwood Mall taking the place of one of them? In competition with them?
I love Mike's Madrigal Mystery Tour. Don't pay this guy 10,000 dollars to do nothing. Or put him on the papers as a security consultant if your security is embarrassing.

This universe has some of the most consistently written characters in anything.
I know that Better Call Saul is a period piece to begin with, but it's wild watching a drama during lockdown. People shaking hands, Mike getting bored and going out to do something after one day sitting around watching baseball games... it all feels so alien.

About 100,000 cases and about 1,500 deaths. 1.5% death rate. Just a couple days ago Matt Walsh was loudly talking about "Where are the thousands of deaths and when will the so-called scientists apologize?" I think we're only a couple days away now from the second thousand.
This isn't joy, I'm not happy that people are dying. It's the reality. It is what it is. Walsh thought he had a huge gotcha that March 25th arrived and we weren't up in the thousands yet, as had been forecast. Well, we'll be well into the thousands a week later.
Numbers are hard to process. I'm marking the progress of the disease by who has it on Twitter: people I've never seen retweeted onto my timeline, and then the family of people I follow. It's like watching a storm roll in. Like hearing the baying of a hunting beast.

So tomorrow's drunk livetweet movie will be Bedknobs and Broomsticks! This is one I've seen more often and more recently, but not as an adult. Starting around 3:00 or 4:00 eastern.
As always, I'm doing this for groceries and household supplies. We are currently in full quarantine at my house after a possible exposure incident, which means we've got to pay extra for delivery. Any tips appreciated. You can throw in in advance.

A thing to bear in mind about this is that 9/11 was a one-day spike. This is an ongoing situation.
And a thing that I think about when I read things like that and then look at the numbers of known/confirmed cases... all of the myriad people who called a doctor or 911 or went into a clinic with symptoms and were told, look, no test, just assume you're infected? Uncounted.
Not just the asymptomatic carriers walking around with no idea they have anything other than mild seasonal allergies or whatever. People who are sick and treating themselves at home, lying in bed coughing or struggling to breath. Uncounted.

Attached was this article that said these “Data Operations” helped Trump win WI & will used for the 2018 midterms.

Trump won* WI by just 22,748 votes.

200,000+ in WI were unable to vote in 2016.

Along with MI & PA, WI was one of the 3 swing states that gave* the EC to Trump by a scant 78,652 votes.

All 3 States were among the 39 states reported as hacked by Russia.

Exit polls are a scientifically proven litmus test. In 2016, they were off by as high as 10%

Anything above ~2.5% indicates suspect anomalies. It triggers other countries to nullify elections.

In the swing states of MI, PA, & WI—all were all above 3%.
