2/n Have a disciplined routine- Make a daily schedule of work time/ leisure time/ physical activity & time for meditation/ breathing techniques. Having a structure to the day will galvanize our energy productively & give us a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.RKB
3/n Self Care & Self Compassion-
These are the days, when it’s OK to be not OK. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you feel some ups and downs. Pick yourself up. Meditation will help assuage these feelings. Physical activity will also keep the mind elevated and upbeat.RKB
4/n Keep a gratitude journal-
Every night before going to bed , write down minimum 3 things that you are grateful for in the day . You will immediately feel uplifted and contented. It will improve your immunity. Gratitude is a positive propellor. RKB
5/n Reach out and offer help -

Reaching out & helping others is the best way to enhance our own sense of well being and happiness. Everyday check on 3 people . Helping others makes us access our reservoir of strength and positivity, leaving us feeling stronger and happier. RKB
6/n Limit the consumption of bad news-We need to be conscious of how much bad news we consume and how. I check news 3 times a day to update myself. It is giving me the necessary information in a objective way.
At the same time fill yourself with good news from every corner. RKB
7/n Do something creative -Paint, sing, dance, cook- find any avenue that works for you. It will quieten the mind and infuse your being with joy. RKB
8/8 Have faith-This is the time to have faith that we will be looked after. Yes there is so much grief and loss of life around us. But if we want to live through this time, we have to stay positive.That will be the only way we will stay strong & with a positive, high spirit. RKB
