Snapshot of the crisis in and out of New York. New cases, new fatalities and the percentage of tests coming back positive. I find this helpful to get a sense of the dynamics in each category since the NYS numbers & dynamics still dominate the numbers nationwide. 
2/ One thing you'll see is that new cases have flattened in New York. But that seems significantly correlated to throttling testing, only doing it with clearly sick people. Not about half of NYS tests are coming back positive. But also note that that percentage has begun to ...
3/ creep up outside New York too, probably evidence that the overwhelmed/test only the clearly/very sick model is starting to take over in other parts of the country too.
