@leahmcelrath It's bizarre that people *still* don't grasp that this administration doesn't work for the people of the United States. As I've said a million times, it's a transnational crime syndicate masquerading as a government. When Kushner says supplies are "theirs", he means mafia cohort.

Tonight I was supposed to take my 12-year-old to Billie Eilish. It was her Xmas gift, her first big concert. She *loves* Billie Eilish; we were so excited. It was canceled. So we tried to hold our own Billie Eilish concert while sheltering in place, the two of us, just listening.
I've been trying to hold it together, and my daughter has been a total trooper. We know that comparatively, we've been lucky.

But the Billie Eilish cover of "Yesterday" just broke me. Her version feels like a ballad of intergenerational mourning:
"Now I need a place to hide away..."

Please release "Yesterday" as a single, @billieeilish. It's so good.

When we speak establishment, people often mistakenly think we speak of the government. The establishment is the controlling force of our government. It includes government officials, corporations, the MIC, MSM, & the "elites" or millionaire/billionaire class including Hollywood.
The establishment has and always will protect its own. It is the reason the people of this country are never able to achieve anything significant through the government. The government works for the establishment, not us.

Asking for the 9/11 first responders who died.

WP: "Some past Trump statements about his 9/11 experiences can't be verified, including claims he sent construction crews to help and had 'hundreds' of friends die at Ground Zero."
1/ I mean, if you say you were "down there" at Ground Zero on 9/11 and then add, falsely, that you provided search-and-rescue resources that you never in fact provided, how is that *not* playing a game of "stolen valor" with the *worst attack on American soil* since Pearl Harbor?
2/ You can see from the video that Trump goes off-script to lie about 9/11, suggesting his aides knew he was going to lie, as he's *always* lied about 9/11, and tried to keep him from doing so via a Teleprompter but his desire to lie about 9/11 was *so strong* he couldn't resist.

#FDR promoted the idea that the people of the world, in all nations, shared entitlement to four freedoms: that of the freedom of speech and expression, the freedom of worship, the freedom from want and the freedom from fear.
#FDR is arguably one of the most 'successful' #US Presidents. Some would argue that on the basis of his numerous social policies such as 'the New Deal'. Others, however, would argue that his role during the second world war was more prevalent to his success & everlasting legacy.
