There is a pervasive bias against believing the symptoms and complaints of pain made by women & #POC. We were warned against it in nursing school, it was named as a reason why women's heart attacks are ignored. It's a real thing, but it's not the whole reason #POC are dying more.

#POC are infected w/ #Covid at a 3X higher rate b/c more of them are essential workers, more live in multigenerational households and more #POC have co-morbidities, sometimes left untreated b/c they have less access to #healthcare.
