1) @OUHospitals (Oxford University Hospitals) took £5 million in @SensyneHealth shares for its patients' data in July 2017:

It LOST £9.2 million on the value of those shares, HAS copied patients' data, and HAS NOT terminated its contract with #Sensyne...
2) @nhsswft (South Warwickshire Foundation Trust) received £5 million in @SensyneHealth shares, in a deal cut in 2018:

The Trust HAS NOT said how much value it lost; it HAS copied #identifiable* patient data; and it HAS NOT terminated its contract...

3) @ChelwestFT (Chelsea & Westminster) LOST £5.4 million on the value of the shares it got from #Sensyne:

#CHELWEST HAS copied data; and while it now doesn't mention @SensyneHealth in its #PrivacyNotice, it still HAS NOT terminated its 2018 agreement...
4) @GEHNHSnews (George Eliot Hospital, under the same CEO as #SWFT) cut a £2.5 million share deal with @SensyneHealth in 2019:

5) @WyeValleyNHS (same CEO as #SWFT & #GEH, part of a Foundation Group) cut a £2.5 million share deal with @SensyneHealth in 2019:

6) @NHSGGC (Greater Glasgow and Clyde) MAY have got £2.5 million in shares from @SensyneHealth, and it MAY have copied its patients' data to the company:

7) @MKHospital (Milton Keynes University Hospital) MAY have received shares worth c. £1.3 million at the time of its deal in 2020 - now diluted / worth nothing:

10) @RWT_NHS (Royal Wolverhampton Trust) - which just got screwed by @babylonhealth too* - may want to reconsider its #commercial strategy!

Bad enough that @SensyneHealth has cost NHS Trusts nearly £15 million - Lord Drayson's claim to be 'giving something back to the NHS' lies in tatters - but what people should *really* be asking about is the MILLIONS of #patients' data the company claims to be processing...

REMEMBER THIS 👇 in upcoming debates, if YOUR representative says words to the effect of: "Oh no, we're not trying to destroy #HumanRights. We agree Human Rights are important - honest, guv! - we just don't like the UK #HumanRightsAct and/or the #EuropeanConvention (#ECHR)"...
Such claims are DEMONSTRABLY BULLSHIT if they come from the mouth of *anyone* who supports the position @CPhilpOfficial has espoused, which the @Telegraph has splashed on its front page...
To be clear, #Article4 of #UDHR 👇 (also #ECHR and #HRA) is explicit and unambiguous:

"NO ONE shall be held in #slavery or #servitude; slavery and the #slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms."

Umm. Hasn't anyone at @MoJGovUK told @DominicRaab that a "Bill of Rights Bill" won't enter the statute books as a #BillOfRights (if passed) but only as a Bill of Rights *Act*?

makes it clear this isn't a #BillOfRights; it's not even a #BillOfGoods - it's a Bill of #Bads and #Wrongs that starts off poorly, and then gets even worse...
Even as it characterises #HumanRights claims as "trivial", the Government reveals its fatuity; the example it gives 👇 refers to a ruling that simply required the UK Courts to see through *their own process*!

What I find as interesting about this chart as its contents is the label at the top: "#LIBERAL WOMEN"

Labour may in part* be more 'liberal' than the current Conservative party, but it is not a Liberal party...
