3/ Naturally the EU sought to reflect what the U.K. agreed to in December in the phase 1 report
4/ After all the UK could have prepared its own draft but that would involve some ACTUAL FUCKING EFFORT 😴
5/ There was much wailing and nashing of teeth because the EU were accused of undermining the UK common market and constitutional integrity. Well why agree to the phase 1 report then?
6/ And the annexation of Northern Ireland was seen as a real cheek even though the UK wants no hard border and has only offered congestion charge IT as a solution 🤤
7/ Because the UK has no ideas at all the EU had to draft up the fallback position. Expect the U.K. to walk away from talks any day now 💀
8/ I mean fancy moaning about the EU protecting the GFA with a solution that is real and not imagined when you offered no solutions, just hot air 👏👏👏
9/ Still everyone knows the withdrawal method is not a safe way to go about things. A bit of planning can make a difference
10/ This can be seen by the Mayberry capitulating on citizens' rights during the transition. This is welcome but indicative of a pattern...
11/ Create a lot of sturm und drang and then meekly give in because you are faced with an argument of logic.
12/ Still it is funny to see transition look more like remain than leave. Int is almost as if the UK does not want to leave after all. Now there is an idea 😜
