It does not. There is actual scientific research on this. It literally stops you from ovulating. If you have ovulated and you take plan B, you can still get pregnant.

anyway, Plan B stops you from ovulating. It is basically a super-sized dose of hormonal birth control, which also stops you from ovulating. If you don't ovulate, they there is no conception.

I'm over this shit. Plan B does not kill an embryo. It doesn't prevent implantation anymore than my own body could and I am over men peddling bullshit to control my ability to deal with my uterus the way I see fit.
