Giuliani to @chrisgeidner: In addition to repaying the $130K Stormy Daniels hush money, Trump gave Cohen “enough left over for him to profit in 2017” by paying $35K a month over a year-long period from Q1 2017 & into 2018, for a total of $420K.

Giuliani: Some Trump Org execs knew about the fact that Cohen believes money was owed to him. "OWED to him" means it was a loan to then-candidate Trump making it subject to campaign finance laws – which were obviously violated.
