1) Funnily enough, I'm pretty sure @ThomasWictor and I puzzled this out back in October of last year. Wictor most likely before then, but I'm catching up. Anyways, the core questions regarding the Gaza protests:
2) First, the mystery leg wounds.

Second, the inflated 'wounded' numbers.

Third, how did so many Hamas and Internal Security guys get killed?
3) The Gaza riots were obviously a planned Hamas operation. It was actually quite brilliant, if completely fucking ruthless. Here's how it was laid out:
4) Use annual Nakba protests (literally, these happen EVERY YEAR) to get as many civilians to the border fence as possible for cover. Hamas being the dictators of Gaza probably made sure to threaten people into going. "Go or your family doesn't get food."
5) Burn tires to make a massive goddamn smoke screen to cover their movements at the fence. With thousands of people plus the smoke, picking Hamas terrorists out would have been impossible.
6) Get the rioters, under the cover of smoke, to tear down the fence. A few attempts were made to use IEDs on the fence, but those guys were straight up killed. This probably accounts for a few of the dead.
7) Hamas themselves WOULD NOT pass through the torn down border fence themselves. No, they were going to rely on those thousands of military-aged men to run through the breaches, take captives from nearby villages, and wreak havoc. The goal was to kidnap Israelis for leverage.
8) Then this happened. "In response to terrorist attacks, Israeli jets and other aircraft struck 11 Hamas targets on Monday, and IDF tanks also struck two terrorist positions in the northern and southern Gaza Strip." jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-C…
9) Israel jets and tanks killed their command posts organizing the breaching attempts. Thus the efforts, combined with the IDF at the fence itself, prevented an actual breakthrough.
10) So, the third question first: How did so many Hamas die? Air strikes and tanks firing at their positions. Their command posts were identified by people INSIDE Gaza, and so the air strikes could be coordinated. Note the utter lack of civilian casualties from air strikes.
11) This is what @ThomasWictor and I puzzled out about the new-style Arab commandos, the GCC Ghost army.

They are masters of soft skills, of persuasion, of infiltration.
12) Think about it. Commandos blending in perfectly with the civilian populace in Gaza, walking through like actual ghosts, able to identify where the command posts are to call it in. Wictor expanded on and reinforced this theory.
13) So there's the third question answered. All those Hamas members died from air strikes at their command posts, which were identified and called in by boots on the ground in Gaza itself. Second question: Why such a high number of wounded?
14) Tear gas and smoke inhalation. Thousands of protesters were at the border, tires were being burned in mass, and tear gas was being dropped. "2,771 others were wounded, many by tear gas" jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-C…
15) Yep. Wounded... by tear gas, after being herded into it and burning tires creating a fog of future lung cancer by Hamas.
16) And those 'overwhelmed hospitals' in Gaza? Hamas turned down medical aid that Israel sent yesterday. jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-C…
17) Now back to the first question, the mystery leg wounds. Well, @ThomasWictor solved that one for us too. Remember hearing all the crybully liberals crying foul that the IDF had scopes and the like?
18) Well if they had scopes it wasn't to kill. It has already been established that most of the dead are Hamas members probably killed in the air strikes. It was to shoot people in the legs.
19) Israeli soldiers are required and trained to aim for peoples' legs if they don't pose an immediate threat, like during riot suppression.
20) "But those aren't bullet wounds!" No they're not. They're not even rubber bullets.
21) Compressed sand bullets.
22) Take a look at this 'wounded' guy getting carried off in the main picture. His left leg. See the weird mark there? Sand bullet I bet. timesofisrael.com/palestinian-pr…
23) Look at the main picture wounded guy being carried here. Those same marks, on his legs. haaretz.com/israel-news/.p…
24) I'm about to ask anyone a very serious question right now: HAS ANYONE EVER EVEN BOTHERED TO WATCH SOCCER?
25) ITS CALLED FLOPPING YOU FREAKING INGRATES.
26) Flopping is, quite literally, exaggerating your injuries in front of the referee to get a foul called.
27) Gaza strip protesters are apparently is aiming to be the WORLD CHAMPIONS OF FLOPPING.
28) The IDF were shooting compressed sand bullets at rioters legs, using scopes for accuracy, to specifically prevent serious injury. So what did the Gaza protesters do? FLOP.
29) AND THE ENTIRE FUCKING WORLD IS FALLING FOR IT.

EUROPE.

WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU.

I THOUGHT YOU PEOPLE WERE USED TO SEEING THIS SHIT IN SOCCER. ISNT THAT ALL YOU ASSHOLES EVER DO?!?
30) Now I understand why Wictor hates talking about this shit. Its just... so fucking DUMB. And rage inducing. Fuck it, I'm done. /end
