Luck threw today for the first time (publicly). They were light throws, granted, but that is in accordance with the plan. He's scheduled to ramp up his throwing in the days and weeks to come. (1)
I asked Frank Reich whether Luck has thrown with more velocity than we've seen, and he said that, yes, he's thrown the ball much harder (though probably not as hard as he'll need to eventually)

Luck threw a high school ball today, not an official NFL ball. Why? He's been throwing smaller balls for quite some time bc it puts less stress on the shoulder. We've known he was throwing smaller balls for quite some time. But the balls he using previously were VERY small (3)
GM Chris Ballard showed a few reporters the balls Luck was throwing back in early April and they were kiddie sized. So, there's been significant progress for him to graduate to a HS ball, which is not much smaller than an NFL ball. (4)
Luck is going to have a scaled back practice schedule for training camp. He will skip some days and they will keep close tabs on his number of throws. (5)
Luck only threw during individual drills today, and didn't make any aggressive throws. Frank Reich said he will do a little more tomorrow. Luck added that he'll take Thursday off, per the plan. (5)
Make no mistake, Luck has a long way to go. But myself and others pressed him on how he knows he'll be ready for camp. He insists his workflow is mapped out to the T through late July. And he's experiencing no real pain at this point, which he would be if there were issues (6)
