Equally it would seem murders in London are not out of step with other EU capital cities... still a big issue of course but facts are better than slogans

I'd be interested to see how many years since 1948 London has had the highest murder rate by county in Britain. My guess is very few but thats just a guess, going to make it a research project...
There were 116 murders in London last year (excluding terror attacks) in 2005 there were 180, for example....
If that article is correct Londons murder rate last year was lower than Berlin's *that famously tough city*

You see my own experience playing for multiple pro clubs as a yout and seeing so much talent go to waste for a whole host of possibly controllable reasons makes me know a club that understands where a lot of young players r coming frm and what they really going through is needed

If you was thinking about not training today cos it's Saturday I was feeling that way too fam. But we'll feel much better afterwards so lets have a go, even if its a light session. Safe. Have a good one 👊🏾
I will say this, as the years progress I have gotten much better at listening to my body and not overtraining, when you used to be a full time athlete this is actually harder to do than it sounds....
So if I am feeling run down or I have just got off a flight I'll still train but I'll just do some stretching or light shadow work and leave it there, whereas before I'd be like nah you gotta go ham every time and either pick up small injuries or run myself down too much...

Yo my bro @sterling7 nuff respect. Don't you think its time you and the man dem got together to buy a lower league club? You'd find a swathe of willing investors/sponsors and it would show real a level of seriousness? Just a thought..
Other potential options include withholding your ££ from the PFA if you are unsatisfied that YOUR union is serving you correctly (the head of the PFA makes £2.2mil a year, you pay him, what does he do for you man??)
Black premier league footballers probably make the most disproportionate contribution to the UK tax base of any *minority* group in any employment sector, aren't you man tired of getting chiefed up??

Again, from my investigation, I have concluded w/ high confidence that #Goldstone was working for a foreign intelligence agency — most likely Britain’s #MI6 — & was operating as an off-the-books liaison asset to @FBIWFO NS/CI (which is essentially @CIA’s domestic arm).
… I‘ve been warning about #Goldstone long before these revelations, which indicate a purposeful attempt to lay a false trail for a #TrumpRussia “collusion” narrative. This is what @FBI counterintelligence does (sometimes): they entrap & frame people.
