#BREAKING: New York State intends to file a multi-agency lawsuit against the Trump administration for violating the Constitutional rights of immigrant children and their families who have been separated at the border.
We know of at least 70 children who are being held in federal facilities across New York State. That number is expected to increase. New York is suing to protect the health and well-being of those children and others throughout the nation.
The Trump administration's policy to tear apart families is a moral failing and a human tragedy. We will not tolerate the Constitutional rights of children and their parents being violated by our federal government. This heartless policy must end once and for all.

The Trump travel ban is a gross violation of our American values, and the Supreme Court's ruling along partisan lines does nothing to change that.

This bigoted policy is a thinly veiled attempt to govern by hate and continue the federal government's assault on immigrants.
Just because the Supreme Court says it is legal does not mean it is right.

In New York, we believe our diversity is our greatest strength. We will continue to uphold the values embodied by the Lady in our Harbor and welcome all who seek to become a part of the New York family.

Federal authorities tarped arrested man’s white van, covered with Trump bumper stickers, and are about to tow it. This is in Plantation, Florida. FBI must have obtained warrants based on evidence of probable cause to seize the van and make the arrest in connection w/ pipe bombs.
