I mentioned yesterday that I would be dropping a thread on the power & psychology of eye contact. Here it is.

I’m actually surprised I’d be writing something like this.

I was the guy who couldn’t hold eye contact with any creature, let alone a human being...

Anyways, after stumbling upon game & studying some basic behavioral Psych, I began implementing some of the knowledge I learned.

I started getting results & positive feedback. I took ACTION!

It all started with Making & Holding Eye contact!

So why do you need it?
What will it do for you?
How will it affect others?
And most importantly, how to develop solid eye contact?

As it goes, Human beings are the only primates with white eyes, or a White sclera ( outer layer of eye)

What does that mean?

It means that when we move our eyes, it’s easily detectable that we’re in fact moving them.

Whereas with a chimp, who doesn’t have a while sclera....

It’s not so easily detectable when moving their eyes, if at all.

This results in Human beings primarily following eyes when following another beings gaze.

On the other end, a chimp will follow the head when moving, rather than the eyes, when trying to follow their gaze...

Our eyes SEE & are meant to be SEEN!

People feel recognized when making eye contact!

People feel understood & like when you’re paying attention. Eye contact conveys this.

Eye contact from a primal perspective, meant the difference between mating & your bloodline ending...

Eye contact meant either ATTRACTION or ZERO INTEREST

People will be more likely to remember what you’re saying if you maintain eye contact, vice versa!

Research has shown that eye contact increases info retention!

This is because a gaze could stimulate arousal, which we are conditioned to respond to, leading the person to become more focused on you, resulting in increased retention! BOOM!

When you add movement, with eye contact, memorability increases as well!

So what do you do?!?

Focus on having STRONG body language( Chin up, shoulders back & stand tall) & maintain solid eye contact while moving about.

This is especially true in the case of approaching women. NEVER look down when she makes eye contact with you.

This signals submissiveness

Another reason you should practice eye contact is because you will be perceived as being more truthful!

It’s simple, those who make eye contact are believed to be more honest.

Think about it, when someone lies, what do they do? Sweat, fidget & look around

Ever hear the saying “ The eyes never lie!”?

Think about it, our EYES convey information about ourselves, more then we know!

Make eye contact!

*Tip* If you think someone is lying or trying to scheme you, hold STRONG eye contact with them & study their movements! They cave!

Alright Gentlemen, here’s the Biggie:

In order to create ATTRACTION, eye contact is crucial!

Let me repeat, if you want to create attraction, solid eye contact is required!

*Add a smile ( shit eating grin or half smirk) to up YOUR game 100X.

When making eye contact with a woman, you should:

✅Smile ( half smirk) + ✅Laser eye contact + ✅think about how much she wants you & what she wants to do to you! ( Yes, Brainwash yourseld with that thought)

Let her know by just eye contact that you’re the only G there!

I always say, “Be your own hype man”

Ever watch a rap concert?

There is always 4-5 guys with mics just shouting random Sh*t! That’s to hype the rapper & you up!

Be that for YOU! Be YOUR hype man.

The Smile + eye contact is what generates initial attraction, not a ‘Pickup line’!

Not only dealing with women, but dealing with ANYONE, eye contact will make you more likable, leading to more relationships, possibilities & more opportunities for YOU!

That’s why I say something as simple as making eye contact can change your life!

Your ‘opener’ doesn’t start when you SPEAK, it’s starts when you LOCK EYES! It’s starts with eye contact!

With women, it conveys your interest & dominance!

With others, it conveys your attention to what they’re saying, how much you care & interests levels.

Also, eyes will give away your mood.

How to start:
1. When watching T.V, or YouTube videos from @21Convention , focus on their eyes. When they talk, concentrate on their eyes.

2. Fake it in the beginning by focusing on the bridge of the nose, which will give the illusion.

3. Practice watching your own eyes in the mirror. Add movement while managing to hold eye contact with yourself.

4. Focus on one eye ( left eye)

5. Make sure to NOT hold eye contact the entire time! Break the gaze when laughing ( creepy AF if you don’t lol) use hands in convo!
